International company Owl Aerospace Inc. is looking for a Specialist in sales of aircraft parts to join our team.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Serving Customers by selling items and meeting customer needs
- Processing incoming requests from Customers (Worldwide)
- Searching for spare parts from suppliers
- Preparing commercial offers
- Entering data into CRM
- Order processing
- Working with calculations and logistics
- Daily communication with regular and potential customers

We are looking for:
- English level — Upper-Intermediate and above
- Excellence verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated pro-active worker with an ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail
- Knowledge of Microsoft Applications
- Experience in sales or customer support as well as knowledge of sales-related documents (RFQ, invoices, contractual / marketing / purchase agreements) would be a benefit
- Ability to work in a team or independently as the situation required

What we offer:
- Work schedule: Mon-Fri from 13:00 to 21:00
- Employment under a contract. Payment — in US dollars
