We are looking for a B2B Digital Marketing Specialist who will take ownership of our digital presence and drive measurable growth. The main focus of this role is managing the corporate website and digital marketing streams, ensuring seamless user experience, effective lead generation, and strong brand visibility in the B2B segment.
Responsibilities
- Manage and continuously optimize the corporate website (content, structure, SEO, UX). In cooperation with designer, content writer and SEO agency.
- Plan, launch, and monitor digital marketing campaigns across channels (website, paid ads, social media, etc.).
- Ensure alignment of digital activities with overall B2B marketing strategy.
- Monitor website performance, analytics, and lead conversion, providing insights and recommendations.
- Collaborating with sales, marketing and other teams on large- and small-scale projects
- Support development of landing pages, digital assets, and campaign tracking (UTMs, analytics dashboards).
- Stay up to date with B2B digital marketing trends and tools.

Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, ideally in a B2B environment.
- Strong knowledge of website management (CMS, SEO basics, analytics).
- Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and campaign tracking.
- Understanding of lead generation and nurturing processes in B2B.
- Languages: English (B2+) and proficiency in Ukrainian
- Based in Kyiv, available to visit office at least 2 times per week.

Will be a plus:
- Experience with digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.)
