Responsibilities
Communicate with customers via email, chat, and phone in a professional and friendly manner.
Provide support with orders, deliveries, returns, and product information.
Resolve customer complaints efficiently and with empathy.
Collaborate with the team to ensure excellent service quality.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems.
Requirements
Strong communication skills in English (German would be a plus, but not mandatory).
Previous experience in customer support or a related field is an advantage.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Friendly, patient, and solution-oriented personality.
Basic computer skills (MS Office, email, chat tools).
