Compensation:

The Role: A High-Impact Sales Opportunity with Zero Cold Calling Are you a results-driven salesperson with a passion for closing deals? We are looking for a talented and persuasive Sales Consultant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the crucial link between potential customers and a healthier life.
This is NOT a cold-calling position. You will be provided with a steady stream of warm, pre-qualified leads from individuals who have already submitted a water quality test to us. Your mission is to be their trusted advisor: you will call them back, educate them on their water test results, demonstrate the undeniable need for our solution, and confidently close the sale.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full sales cycle for inbound warm leads, from the initial follow-up call to closing the deal.
- Conduct consultative phone calls to interpret and clearly explain water test results to potential customers, building a strong case for our products.
- Masterfully handle objections, answer questions, and build trust by positioning yourself as a water quality expert.
- Follow up persistently and strategically with leads to ensure a high conversion rate.
- Consistently meet and exceed monthly sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Maintain a pristine and accurate sales pipeline using our CRM software.
Who We’re Looking For:
- Required Languages: Fluent, confident proficiency in both English and Russian is essential to serve our diverse customer base in New York.
- Sales Experience: A minimum of 1−2 years of proven success in a sales role (B2C, direct sales, or call center). Experience and a high level of comfort with phone-based sales is strongly preferred.
- Remote Ready: You have a reliable personal computer, a high-speed internet connection, and a quiet workspace conducive to professional sales calls.
- Availability: You must be able to work the required evening/night schedule to align with US business hours.
