We are looking for a qualified Financial Analyst-Accountant to support a private investor developing a portfolio of venture and strategic projects across Europe.
The portfolio includes businesses in manufacturing, information technology, and services. Financial management is centralized in a Cyprus-based holding company, which oversees and coordinates key operations.
Responsibilities:
- Collect and analyze financial reports of portfolio companies (IFRS).
- Assess the performance of existing and new investment projects; prepare reports and presentations for investors.
- Handle treasury operations, including payments, cash flow, and liquidity management.
- Interact with banks on accounts, financing, payments, and KYC/AML procedures.
- Communicate with partners, auditors, and consultants in multiple jurisdictions.
- Optimize tax structures in compliance with international legislation.
- Maintain accounting and tax records and prepare statutory reporting for the Cyprus holding company (including VIES).

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a financial manager or analyst.
- Practical experience with accounting for legal entities in Cyprus is an advantage.
- Solid knowledge of IFRS; experience consolidating financial statements.
- Experience in banking relations, treasury, and tax planning.
- Strong analytical skills; advanced Excel proficiency; experience in financial modeling.
- Degree in finance, accounting, or economics.
- Working proficiency in English (both spoken and written, including business correspondence).
- Independent, systematic, and detail-oriented mindset.
