ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT / RECEPTIONIST POSITION
IN MAJOR INTERNATIONAL CORPORATE ACCOUNT OFFICE
IRES (Integrated Facility Management Provider) is looking for a new colleague to become a valuable part of IRES Facility Management Team at our corporate client office space.
Legal full time employment is with IRES. Actual constant place of work in the office of our international client, located in professional Business Center, nearby metro station Lukianivska.
We welcome smart, energetic, Yonge and open face new friend to our team for long term mutual work. Our new colleague will operate as receptionist within normal working hours (9.00−18,00).
Knowledge of English is the must (intermediate/advanced written and spoken level): telephone conversations, face to face meetings, translation of the texts, letters. We’ll request a colleague to present the knowledge of English during interview process.
Functional Responsibilities:
- Receiving calls / emails, taking messages and special requests
- Meeting visitors at the front desk by welcoming and directing them appropriately
- Dealing with courier and taxi services
- Administrative support of the office, communication with office suppliers
- Working with internal systems
Requirements:
- 1−2 + years of proven work experience as a Receptionist, Administrative Assistant, or similar role
- Not less than Intermediate level of English
- Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, Teams and Outlook
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
- Previous experience in working with SAP Ariba will be an advantage

- Working hours from 9−00 to 18−00, five-day working week.
- Net official salary UAH 30,000.
