Our client is a marketing agency that is part of a holding company operating in the niches of crypto, iGaming, and media buying. The are looking for a Business Development Manager.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and approach marketing agencies (especially those working with influencers / crypto influencers) and offer affiliate-based partnerships.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with partner agencies, negotiate terms, and close deals.
- Develop collaborations with crypto projects, Telegram mini-apps, and similar Web3-native products.
- Support strategic collaborations (e.g. with a football club) — from outreach to negotiation and coordination with legal/product teams.
- Contribute to the creation of scalable and trust-enhancing partnerships across the industry.

We Expect You To Have:
- 2+ years of experience in business development, in crypto.
- Solid understanding of affiliate marketing, crypto influencer culture, and partnership structures.
- Confidence in negotiating with multiple stakeholders — agencies, legal teams, product teams, etc.
- Experience with Telegram-based projects, Web3 tools, or influencer marketing is a big plus.
- Excellent English communication skills (Advanced+ level) — both written and verbal.
- Strategic mindset and the ability to manage high-value relationships.
