Hi! We are Mindy Support, a service company specializing in data annotation for artificial intelligence. We help clients from the US and Europe process and structure texts, images, videos, and audio to train AI systems. Our team includes thousands of people around the world working on multilingual projects.
We are currently looking for a recruiter to help attract new specialists (translators and data annotators) and join our international mass recruitment process.
Main Responsibilities
- Handle candidate applications (90% are from a «warm» database);
- Conduct short online interviews in English, up to 10 per day;
- Support candidates until the onboarding stage;
- Carefully manage the ATS database and candidate communication.

This role is suitable for someone who enjoys communicating in English, thrives in a dynamic environment, and is comfortable interacting with international candidates.
Requirements
- English C1 — daily communication with candidates in English;
- Experience working with people (mass recruitment, customer support, teaching English, or other relevant fields);
- Attention to detail and the ability to work steadily in a fast-paced environment;
- Independence and a responsible approach to work.
