Key Responsibilities
- Handle accounts receivable: monitor incoming payments, reconcile balances, and ensure timely settlements.
- Provide payment support: resolve transaction issues, follow up with partners, and assist with invoices.
- Be in daily communication with brands (affiliate partners) via chat/email regarding balances, reports, and payment confirmations.
- Prepare basic financial reports (payment status, outstanding balances, partner summaries).
- Support finance team in routine tasks such as invoice verification and data entry.

Requirements
- Prior experience in affiliate networks / digital marketing / iGaming (finance or account support role is a strong advantage).
- Understanding of accounts receivable / payment processes.
- Excellent communication skills (English required).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with numbers.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, international environment.
