As a growing organization, we are looking for an HR Generalist who can manage both recruitment and HR operations. This role combines talent acquisition, onboarding, and performance management into one, ensuring smooth operations and a strong team culture.
Position Summary:
The HR Generalist will be responsible for the full employee lifecycle — from recruiting and onboarding to managing performance review cycles, career frameworks, and HR administration. You will work closely with department leads and the COO to ensure our people operations run efficiently, without adding overhead to leadership.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment
- Manage full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating offers.
- Maintain candidate pipelines across multiple roles (SEO, PPC, Social, Web, Operations).
- Write and post job descriptions across platforms (Work.ua, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Partner with department leads to understand hiring needs and role requirements.
- Ensure smooth onboarding for new hires (contracts, orientation, initial training).
HR Operations
- Maintain and update HR systems, policies, and employee records.
- Organize performance review cycles (quarterly/annual).
- Track promotions, salary progression, and career development frameworks.
- Support payroll updates and contract changes.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and local labor regulations.
Employee Development & Engagement
- Support department leads in implementing career progression frameworks.
- Coordinate employee training programs, workshops, or certifications.
- Facilitate feedback collection (surveys, 1:1 templates, pulse checks).
- Act as the first point of contact for employee HR questions.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of HR/recruitment experience (agency or IT/digital preferred).
- Hands-on experience in talent acquisition and HR administration.
- Familiarity with performance management and career development systems.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.
- English: Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher.
