Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a marketing expenses policy aligned with company goals and performance metrics
- Ensure strict control over execution of marketing budgets across all channels
- Establish, document, and consistently apply market benchmarks to validate the reasonableness of marketing spend

Professional Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in controlling, internal audit for procurement in retail networks or production
- Proven track record in developing and enforcing internal policies
- Upper-intermediate level of English; Ukrainian — fluent/native
