We are now looking for an experienced Fleet & Dispatch Coordinator to strengthen our dispatch division, support smooth daily operations, and contribute to team performance.
Кey Responsibilities
Team & Process Support

Assist in setting and tracking targets for dispatchers.

Help organize and facilitate coordination meetings.

Monitor documentation, reports, and load updates to ensure accuracy.

Support onboarding and mentoring of new dispatchers.

Contribute to maintaining a motivating and supportive team environment.

Fleet & Operational Coordination

Ensure loads are properly entered and updated in the system.

Step in to provide operational support during busy periods or urgent situations.

Identify opportunities for operational improvements and efficiency.

Help with issue resolution related to brokers, delays, or claims.

Coordinate follow-ups on documentation and compliance tasks.

Growth & Development

Provide input on process optimization and workflow improvements.

Collaborate with management on staffing needs and team development.

Participate in projects that improve communication and efficiency across divisions.

Stay up to date with best practices and continuously grow professional skills.

Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in U.S. truck dispatching.

Experience in team coordination or supervisory roles.

Knowledge of U.S. freight market and broker communication.

Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

Stress-resistant, detail-oriented, results-driven.

English — Upper-Intermediate or higher.

Ability to support and motivate team members.
