Job Title
Legal Counsel, Kyiv, Ukraine
We are looking for Legal Counsel who will be responsible for ensuring Philips compliance to legal norms in all aspects of business (including both Health Systems and Personal Health) and corporate compliance.
You will be responsible for:
- Ensuring adherence to all law norms of Philips Ukraine in terms of contracts, documents, processes and interaction with partners, customers, employees and government officials;
- Being a center of expertise and advisor to all commercial and functional departments of Philips Ukraine, including both Personal Health and Health Systems;
- Being a guardian of Philips Compliance Policies and Norms;
- Internal cooperation: all departments and UA functions, including Marketing, Sales, TSM, HR, Digital, Finance, Accounting. Philips CEE and global functions, including legal;
- External cooperation: Local authorities, State military authorities, Medical institutions, NGO partners, Governmental authorities, Customers and Partners.

We are looking for:
- Higher education (Legal)
- Minimum 3 years of experience as Legal Counsel in international company
- Fluent English
- Strong expertise
- Strong personal initiative and leadership
- Strong communication skills
