What you’ll do:

Provide individual consultations for employees (stress, burnout, emotional challenges).

Organize and facilitate trainings, workshops, and group sessions (emotional intelligence, teamwork, leadership).

Foster a culture of trust, openness, and mutual respect.

Advise team leaders and managers on effective team management with a focus on psychological aspects.

Assess the company’s psychological climate and suggest initiatives to improve it.

You’re a great fit if you:

Have 2+ years of experience as a corporate psychologist or in a related field.

Can build trusting relationships and work confidentially.

Possess strong skills in individual counseling and group facilitation.

Can respond to challenging situations with empathy and calmness.

Are eager to grow personally and professionally.

What we offer:

Salary: 40,000 — 70,000 UAH .
