Hi there! We are 24Play, a mobile game development studio from Ukraine. Since 2019, we’ve been creating hit games for millions of players worldwide. Our projects have already attracted over 100 million users, and we keep growing.
We believe that the main value of any company is its people. We’re looking for a licensed/credentialed psychotherapist to provide confidential, evidence-based mental health support to our team. You’ll focus on individual therapy and crisis response, with optional psychoeducation groups — always with strict clinical boundaries and privacy.
What you’ll do:
Individual Consultations:
Conduct personal sessions for employees addressing stress, burnout, anxiety, conflicts, and personal challenges.
Provide psychotherapeutic support in crisis situations (e.g., loss of loved ones, panic attacks, etc.).
Support employees during periods of professional burnout or emotional exhaustion.
Team Work: Conduct group sessions, trainings, and workshops (e.g., «Coping with Stress,» «Effective Communication,» «Burnout Prevention»).
Corporate Culture Development: Foster a healthy, trusting, and respectful atmosphere within the team.
Well-being Program Development: Design and implement well-being initiatives to support employees' mental health and overall well-being.
Crisis Intervention: Provide timely response and psychological support during emotional or crisis situations in the workplace.
Emotional Well-being Analysis:
Assess the level of employees' emotional well-being.
Provide recommendations to HR or management for improving working conditions.
You’re a great fit if you:
Certified Psychotherapist.
Have 2+ years of experience as a corporate psychologist or in a related field.
Can build trusting relationships and work confidentially.
Possess strong skills in individual counseling and group facilitation.
Can respond to challenging situations with empathy and calmness.
Are eager to grow personally and professionally.

What we offer:
Salary: 40,000 — 70,000 UAH .
