ОПИС ВАКАНСІЇ
We’re looking for a proactive Account Manager who’s ready to support and grow client relationships across all stages: from onboarding to long-term collaboration. 
You’ll work inside a tech-savvy, international team — helping clients feel cared for and understood, while coordinating internal communication between developers, QA, sales, and operations.? What You’ll Do
Maintain regular communication with clients (email, chat, calls)
Act as a bridge between clients and internal teams: development, QA, and back-office
Manage project documentation: contracts, proposals, invoices
Join and organize client meetings and team ceremonies
Help collect and clarify project requirements and client expectations
Track customer satisfaction, gather feedback, monitor NPS
Assist in solving issues, handling conflict or misunderstandings
Provide support in the pre-sales, launch, and post-launch phases
Prepare reports, presentations, and internal briefs
? What We Expect
3+ years of experience in customer service, sales, or account management
Clear communication, presentation, and analytical thinking
High level of empathy, patience, and stress tolerance
Confidence with digital tools and writing business documents
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Mathematical thinking — you’ll work with budgets, reports, and metrics
Self-driven mindset and willingness to improve
Comfortable working remotely with international clients
English level: Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

Previous experience working with foreign clients or international teams
Familiarity with Agile workflows and team collaboration tools (Slack, Jira, Notion, etc.)
