Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full project lifecycle: from initial requirements gathering and analysis to delivery within scope, timeline, and budget.
- Break down and document requirements, prepare briefs for the production team, and manage change requests.
- Plan project milestones and ensure deliverables meet expectations at each stage.
- Build and coordinate project teams, plan workload distribution, and oversee performance.
- Lead client onboarding and training on collaboration processes.
- Organize and manage both internal and external communication to ensure transparency and efficient information flow.
- Identify, analyze, and mitigate project risks, developing and executing action plans.
- Define and monitor quality standards, ensuring final deliverables meet client and industry requirements.
- Manage stakeholders and align their expectations throughout the project.

Requirements
- 2+ years of project management experience.
- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.).
- Proven experience in organizing and leading cross-functional teams.
- English level: Upper-Intermediate or higher (confident communication is required).
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to learn quickly.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Result-oriented mindset and adaptability to change.

Nice-to-Have
- Medical, pharmaceutical, or scientific background (education or work experience in related fields).
- Experience managing projects in healthcare, biotech, or life sciences.
