The sewing production facility is located in the city Bereпove. It specializes in the manufacturing of sports footwear; employs 110−130 employees. We are looking for employees in Beregovo, Mukachevo, Vynohradiv, and nearby settlements.

HR specialist
Responsibilities:
- Help managers deal with organizational, people and change-related issues
- Lead and support organizational change initiatives, help employees to adapt to new processes and technologies
- Partner with managers to develop and implement effective HR practices
- Ensure compliance with labour laws, regulations, and industry standards, while mitigating HR-related risks
- Responsible for working contracts and job descriptions
- Have close connection with the accounting company in payroll issues
- Educate, coach, and partner with managers on employee development goals
- Provide HR expertise in the areas of feedback, employee relations, development and coaching, compensation, and organizational development
- Participate in the continual development of HR programs, such as recruiting, retention, compensation, benefits, employer branding and Learning & Development
- Partner with Compensation & Benefit to coordinate annual salary reviews and off-cycle salary adjustments
- Take responsibility for the internal communication

Requirements:
- Experience in the manufacturing field
- University or college degree
- 5+years experience in HR Business Partnering
- English language
- Ukrainian labour law knowledge
- Good mentoring and relationship building skills
