We are welcoming a highly skillful person to work with one of the most reputable company in the US logistics yet. Predominantly, the position relates to working with companies' asset trucks, but there will be opportunities to participate on big projects as a broker.
We prefer the candidate to possess a basic + knowledge of the industry with 3+ months of the relevant experience dispatching open decks (FB, SD, RGN,etc), legal&OD shipments. Though fast learners & ambitious candidates with experience confined to DV, Box’s, etc. only are also welcomed, in the end the desire to grow is the most decisive element.
What You’ll Do:

Negotiate freight rates, close deals and build good relationships with brokers.

Build a network & long lasting relationships with companies' drivers, both owner operators & hired drivers.

Manage shipments from start to finish, ensuring smooth operations.

Utilize DAT, Truckstop, and other platforms for searching loads.

Handle shipping documentation and maintain records of shipments, rates, and contacts.

Opportunities to participate on projects as a broker.

What You Need:

Basic+ experience as a dispetcher in U.S. logistics

Strong communication/sales skills

Basic+ knowledge of the U.S. freight market and regulations

Understanding of DAT, Truckstop, and other freight matching tools

Fluent English

Ability to work remotely and manage multiple shipments efficiently
