Responsibilities:
• Meeting, greeting, and welcoming visitors;
• Providing basic information to the clients;
• Providing daily assistance and administrative support to the lawyers;
• Coordinating incoming/outgoing correspondence;
• Taking incoming telephone calls, re-directing appropriate calls to other individuals or departments within and outside the office;
• Organizing documents in accordance with the internal rules;
• Translating documents (English and Ukrainian);
• Coordinating work in the office, maintain office supplies.
Main requirements:
• Higher education;
• Experience on the same position (1+);
• Fluent Ukrainian, English (oral and written);
• Excelent communication skills, flexibility, team-player skills;
• Computer skills; • Knowledge of business etiquette;
• The right candidate is also perceived as friendly with positive attitude and willingness to help.
