Join the Luxury Travel Industry with BSI Lifestyle
- Location: Remote
- Type: Full-Time | Mon-Fri, 09:00—18:00 (with occasional availability outside standard hours)

BSI Lifestyle — an international luxury travel concierge service with headquarters in London — is actively expanding and looking for a detail-oriented CRM Data Operator to strengthen our operations team.
We create unforgettable travel experiences and provide personalized lifestyle services to our clients worldwide. As part of our dynamic, fast-growing company, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring data accuracy, streamlining processes, and supporting smooth operations across departments.
What You’ll Do:
- Import and synchronize data between our CRM and accounting systems with precision and efficiency
- Consolidate information from multiple sources, maintaining well-structured datasets for analysis
- Create pivot tables and analytical reports in Excel, turning numbers into actionable insights
- Monitor data entry accuracy and take corrective action when needed
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve data discrepancies and support seamless workflows
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience working with CRM or accounting systems (1+ year preferred)
- Intermediate English (B1 level) + fluency in Ukrainian or Russian
- Strong Excel skills, including pivot tables and data analysis
- Accounting experience would be a plus
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive approach to identifying and solving issues
