- Manage the Compliance Monitoring System
- Maintain, and support Compliance Monitoring Program and further implementation via the day-to-day airline activities monitoring.
- Promote Compliance Policy
- Compliance Monitoring System improvements, including new applicable Regulations, Standards, and best practices implementation.
- Maintaine and lead certification processes, existed and future approvals (EASA TCO, UK TCO, FAR136 and TCCO FAOC, etc).
- Ongoing communication and operational issues management with the State Aviation Administration of Ukraine.
- Cooperation and communication with competent authorities of other states in part of compliance and operational issues, where applicable.
- Cooperation with contracted organizations in part of the compliance issues.
- Ongoing support and consultation of all operational departments in part of management system requirements and standards implementation.
- Team management, formation, and development of professional competencies of department employees.

We expect from you: •Knowledge of SAAU and EASA regulations and their practical usage in OPS, CAMO, Part-145 areas •Experience in continuing airworthiness and/or aircraft maintenance — will be as advantage •Active or frozen pilot license holder (PPL/CPL/ATPL) — will be as advantage •Decision-maker •Effective communicator •Effective team leader •Time management •Proactive approach aimed on satisfying operational and safety requirements and needs •Self-starter and self-motivated •Advanced management skills •Fluency in English Why join us?
