Responsibilities:
Manage podcast operations, including:
- Guest outreach and booking.
- Responding to email communication.
- Light editing of podcast episodes.
- Uploading episodes with descriptions and thumbnails.
- Assist in managing YouTube channel portfolio.
- Write scripts for video content.
- Translate videos
- Upload videos with the necessary metadata (descriptions, tags, thumbnails).
- Support ongoing projects and adapt to new content creation needs.
Requirements:
- Excellent written and spoken English (professional level).
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Comfortable using AI tools such as ChatGPT.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks as the company grows.
Motivation, reliability, and a proactive work attitude.
(Preferred, but not required) Familiarity with video editing software such as CapCut.
Work Conditions:
Full-time remote position.
Initial salary: 20,000 UAH/month (first 3 months, training & onboarding period, building up the workload).
Salary increase to 27,000 UAH/month starting from month 4, based on performance and mutual satisfaction.
Training provided for all required tools and processes.
