ОПИС ВАКАНСІЇ
Responsibilities:
- Daily reconciliation of transactions across merchants, providers, and banks (comparing exports, tables, and reports).
- Working with large Excel files (10k+ rows): validation, consolidation, identifying discrepancies, using formulas and pivot tables.
- Preparing and submitting settlement data (T+3, T+5, T+7, etc.).
- Executing payments via online banking (EUR/USD) and crypto exchanges (USDT, USDC, BTC, etc.).
- Analyzing financial flows: commissions, rolling reserves, settlement schedules.
- Preparing reports for the finance department and management (pivot tables, analytics).
- Liaising with PSPs/providers in case of discrepancies or delays.
Requirements:
- Excellent knowledge of Excel: formulas (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIF (S), IFERROR, TEXT, DATE, etc.), pivot tables, ability to work with large data sets.
- Experience with financial transactions, consolidated reports, and reconciliations.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify errors and mismatches.
- Understanding of basic financial terms (settlement, rolling reserve, commission, cryptocurrency).
- Ability to work with banks and crypto exchanges (payments, transfers).
- English: confident in reading reports and corresponding with PSPs/banks.
- Mandatory languages: Russian and English.
