Requirements:
- Fluency in English and Ukrainian (mandatory).
- Location: Kyiv (with mobility across Ukraine and travel to Poland).
- Experience in sales/marketing is welcome, but we also consider junior candidates with high energy and mobility.
- Strong interest in sports, running, outdoor or fashion industry.
- Presentation and communication skills.
- Willingness to travel frequently.
- Basic Excel knowledge (data input, simple formulas).
- Independence and strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities:
- Lead seasonal collection presentations twice a year (SS and FW): brand storytelling, order collection, verification of order forms, and submission to HQ in Krakow.
- Conduct regular client visits in Ukraine:
- • monitor in-store execution and brand standard compliance,
- • oversee sell-out performance and recommend stock replenishments.
- Organize and participate in local sports events.
- Coordinate local marketing initiatives (influencers, showroom, PR, events).
- Support showroom presentation setup both in Ukraine and Poland.
- Handle basic-level commercial negotiations (topline).
- Maintain close cooperation and regular reporting to the company’s office in Krakow.
- Frequent business trips to Krakow (meetings, showroom sessions, trainings).
