Architect (Revit) — Join the PICHE Team
PICHE is the largest business park development company in Latvia. For more than 18 years, we have been engaged in the design, construction, development, and ownership of industrial and residential buildings. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a talented Architect (Revit) to join our team.
We are open to architects of different profiles, but we especially value experience with Revit.
Your responsibilities:
Creation of 3D architectural models, technical drawings, detailed drawings, and material specifications
Work on large-scale and exciting projects: industrial and residential buildings
Collaborate closely with Team Leader, architectural technicians, and civil engineers
Take part in the full project cycle — from concept to launch
Ensure timely delivery and high-quality results
What we expect:
2 years of experience as an Architect
Experience working with Revit (4+ months)
Good or excellent skills in Graphisoft ArchiCAD
4+ years of education and professional experience in architecture
English proficiency at B1-B2 level (spoken and written)
Accuracy, responsibility, and honesty
Creative mindset, innovative thinking, and willingness to work with new technologies
Portfolio with academic or professional projects
