Рекрутер для українського офіса американської транспортної компанії.
Пошук водіїв траків в США. Компанія надає доступ до баз даних водіїв. З кандидатами потрібно спілкватися, запрошувати до роботи. Робота технологічна, нічого особливо унікального. Потрібна вільна усна англійська. Робочий час з 14.00 до 22.00. Компенсація транспорту. В офісі, не віддалено.
Recruiter Responsibilities (Transportation/Drivers):
- Source and attract qualified truck drivers through job boards, social media, referrals, and networking
- Screen candidates for experience, licenses, driving records, and compliance with safety regulations
- Conduct initial interviews to assess skills, reliability, and cultural fit with the company
- Manage the full recruitment process from posting openings to onboarding new drivers
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of drivers for current and future openings
- Negotiate offers and communicate clearly with candidates about compensation, benefits, and work expectations
- Maintain accurate records of applicants, interviews, and hiring decisions in the recruitment system
- Track recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, quality of hire, retention) and provide feedback to improve hiring strategies
- Demonstrate persistence and willingness to make high-volume calls to find qualified candidates
- Support onboarding and orientation of new drivers to ensure a smooth transition
Suitable Candidate for Driver Recruiter:
- Strong communication skills in English (C1 level preferred)
- Confident and persuasive with the ability to engage and connect with drivers quickly
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple candidate pipelines simultaneously
- Motivated and results-driven, with a focus on meeting hiring targets
- Skilled in using recruiting tools, job boards, and social media for candidate sourcing
- Professional, responsible, and able to handle confidential information with discretion
- Team player who collaborates well with HR, dispatchers, and operations staff
- Adaptable, proactive, and able to handle high-volume recruiting in a fast-paced environment
