Менеджер по роботі з постійними клієнтами
Американська компанія додатково запрошує менеджерів по роботі з постійними клієнтами. В офісі, не віддалено. Вільна англійська. Досвід в транспортних компаніях та кол-центрах (менеджер по роботі з клієнтами, менеджер продажів, диспетчер) — перевага. Якщо досвід відсутній, то навчимо за тиждень, але і зарплата меньша зі старту. З 14.00 до 22.00. Компенсація транспорту, якщо закінчили пізніше.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned drivers, ensuring trust and clear communication
- Secure the best-paying and most efficient loads through load boards, brokers, and direct shippers
- Must be able to multitask effectively and manage several priorities at the same time
- Provide timely updates and accurate information to customers regarding pick-ups, deliveries, and ETAs
- Monitor drivers' hours of service
- Track and manage load progress through dispatch software
- Anticipate and resolve issues on the road, including delays, breakdowns
- Ensure drivers have all required paperwork, permits, and instructions before dispatch
- Optimize routes to reduce empty miles and maximize profitability
- Handle communication with brokers and negotiate load rates
- Coordinate equipment changes
- Support safety by reinforcing company policies and procedures with drivers
- Collaborate with operations and accounting on billing, claims, and documentation
- Comfortable with high volume of calls: Able to communicate frequently with drivers, brokers, and customers
- Money Hungry
Suitable Candidate:
- C1 level of English (strong verbal and written communication skills)
- Confident and professional demeanor
- Previous experience in sales or cold calling (comfortable negotiating and persuading)
- Strong interpersonal skills; able to quickly build rapport and connect with others
- Highly responsible and reliable in handling daily tasks and follow-ups
- Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve results
- Team player who collaborates effectively while embracing healthy competition
