ОПИС ВАКАНСІЇ

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years' experience in an Invoicing Documentation Specialist role within the shipping industry
- Higher education degree in Maritime, Shipping, Logistics, or related field (Odesa National Maritime University preferred)
- Strong knowledge in Ukrainian shipping and logistic market, experience in UA shipping industry during martial law period
- Basic knowledge in Ukrainian accounting system (taxation, VAT)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to work efficiently and accurately under pressure
- Quality-oriented with ability to follow, create, and improve processes according to KPIs and objectives
- Ability to manage multiple tasks under time pressure, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- A collaborative, team-oriented mindset combined with a proactive and results-driven approach

Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain invoicing and collection procedures, ensuring all tariffs and agreed terms are correctly applied.
- Prepare accurate, timely, and fully compliant invoices.
- Resolving discrepancies between invoice amounts and payments received.
- Manage Cashier activities, including daily payment checks and document release in line with credit or payment terms.
- Correspond with customers regarding billing matters, follow up on overdue accounts, and lead regular calls with key customers to address outstanding items.
- Dispatch relevant documents to internal departments and collaborate with cross-functional teams and regional offices.
- Monitor KPIs, drive continuous improvements in billing efficiency and service quality, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Reporting to country Customer Service Manager and assistance to financial team
- Participate in training and system development (e.g., SAP, 1C) while maintaining high professionalism and service standards.
