We’re looking for a reliable, organized, and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Support & Admin Assistant. This is a remote position with flexible potential for full-time hours depending on your performance and availability.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer emails and provide support via live chat
- Enter and reconcile bills in QuickBooks (A/P & A/R)
- Adjust credits and handle account inquiries
- Perform basic bookkeeping tasks
- Assist with other administrative and customer service tasks as needed

Requirements:
- Strong written and spoken English (clear and professional communication)
- Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software
- Highly organized, responsible, and dependable
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Looking for long-term employment and growth with the company

Schedule:
- Estimated 25−30 hours/week to start, with the possibility of full-time (up to 40 hrs/week)
- Likely working hours: Monday-Friday between 8 AM — 5 PM EST(exact schedule to be determined)
