We are looking for a charismatic, energetic, and open-minded HR Manager to join our multinational team. You will play a key role in supporting the full employee lifecycle, organizing online events and team-building initiatives, and collaborating with managers to enhance engagement and corporate culture.
Required Skills:
- English C1+ or higher (spoken and written) to communicate effectively with multinational teams.
- Flexible and ready to adapt to working hours.
- 2+ years of experience in IT HR.
- Experience organizing online events and managing teams.
- Strong communication, creativity, and people partnership skills.
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Detail-oriented approach and excellent organizational skills.
- Hands-on attitude and ability to drive issues toward completion.
- Psychological education (a plus).
- Based in Kyiv but working remotely.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of employee onboarding, retention, satisfaction, growth, and rotations
- Support key HR activities and processes.
- Collaborate with teams and managers to address people development issues and find effective solutions.
- Plan and execute initiatives to enhance corporate culture and employee engagement.
- Organize online events, corporate activities, and team-building initiatives.
- Develop strategies to strengthen the employer brand through social media, career sites, and professional networks.
- Monitor HR metrics and contribute to measuring HR impact on business KPIs.
- Provide hands-on support and guidance to employees and managers as a people partner.
