We are looking for a skilled Remote Transportation Dispatcher to strengthen our growing logistics team. This role is ideal for candidates with solid hands-on experience in cargo van dispatching, driver coordination, and U.S.-based logistics operations. Candidates with relevant truck dispatching experience are also welcome to apply.
Work Schedule: 16:00 — 23:00 (Kyiv time) Employment Type: Full-time, remote
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and support cargo van drivers across the U.S.
Communicate professionally with brokers, carriers, and internal teams.
Negotiate and analyze freight rates, ensuring profitable loads.
Manage transportation documents (BOLs, PODs, rate confirmations).
Monitor and support the full cargo lifecycle.
Ensure timely pickups, deliveries, and real-time issue resolution.
Required Qualifications:
2−3 years of proven experience in U.S. cargo van dispatching (priority).
Experience in pricing, rate negotiations, and cost optimization for loads.
High proficiency in English (fluent written and spoken communication).
Strong analytical skills and ability to make decisions under pressure.
Stress resilience to handle dynamic and fast-paced work environments.
Familiarity with Google Sheets, email tools, and logistics apps.
Preferred Experience:
Knowledge of U.S. geography and time zones.
Experience with BorderConnect, Samsara, Adobe Acrobat, Excel.
Background in truck dispatching, freight brokerage, or fleet management.
