Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience running Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads and Google Ads.
- Proven experience with campaign optimization, audience targeting, and lead generation.
- Understanding of marketing funnels, retargeting, and pixel setup.
- Experience with SMM (social media management) will be a strong advantage.
- Analytical mindset, ability to interpret data and create reports.
- English or Russian at a conversational level.

Responsibilities:
- Create and manage paid advertising campaigns on Meta and Google.
- Set up, track, and optimize conversions using Meta Pixel and Google Tag.
- Develop strategies to attract trucking companies and owner-operators to TruckHub.ai.
- Manage social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn).
- Analyze results, prepare reports, and suggest improvements to increase ROI.
