About the Role We’re looking for a proactive and versatile professional who combines the skills of a Customer Success Manager, Project Coordinator, and Sales Executive — but without being limited to any single title. You’ll manage client communication, collect project details, estimate workloads, coordinate available developers («Vibe Coders»), and finalize the sale of hourly packages.
This is a key position for someone who’s highly organized, business-oriented, and comfortable bridging between clients and technical teams.
Responsibilities
Communicate directly with Hebrew-speaking clients after the initial introduction.
Gather and clarify project requirements in Hebrew.
Prepare hourly estimates based on the client’s needs and available resources.
Manage the sales flow — from proposal to payment.
Coordinate developer availability, project timelines, and updates.
Track client satisfaction and ensure smooth cooperation between teams.
Provide status updates to management regarding workload and staffing needs.
Requirements
Native Hebrew — mandatory.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Experience in client relations, account management, or project coordination.
Ability to work independently and handle multiple clients.
Strong English — spoken and written.
Tech-savvy mindset; understanding of software development or outsourcing is an advantage.
Nice to Have
Experience in outstaffing, software development services, or tech sales.
Familiarity with project scoping and hourly estimation.
