Mission
- To attract and select top talent who will drive OMNIC’s mission of innovative and sustainable solutions in the logistics and retail sectors.
- To strengthen our employer brand and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.
- To build a diverse and skilled workforce that contributes to OMNIC’s vision of a better future for our planet.

Key Requirements
- 1 year of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Upper Intermediate (B2) English proficiency.
- Strong communication skills.
- Expertise in sourcing candidates through various channels, including social media and job boards.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Proven interviewing and assessment capabilities.
- Data-driven mindset with experience tracking recruitment metrics.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring a smooth process for candidates.
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates using various channels.
- Conduct interviews and assess candidates' skills and cultural fit.
- Conduct background checks and verify references for potential hires.
- Involvement in both Ukrainian and international markets.
- Track recruitment metrics to optimize hiring strategies and processes.

Key Goals
- Close at least three key vacancies per month — manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to offer signing.
- Improve quality of hire — attract and select candidates who perform well and stay longer.
- Enhance employer branding — strengthen the company’s image to attract top talent.
- Increase candidate pipeline — build and maintain a strong pool of qualified candidates.
- Optimize hiring costs — reduce reliance on external agencies and improve cost-per-hire.

Opportunities and Benefits
- Flexible work arrangements: you can work remotely from Ukraine or abroad. (There is also the possibility of working in the Warsaw or Kyiv office.)
- The standard work schedule is 5/2, with the option to start work at 9 or 10 AM
- Fixed salary plus bonuses for each referred candidate.
