ОПИС ВАКАНСІЇ
Elementum Energy is an international energy company headquartered in London that invests in and manages renewable energy projects in Ukraine. The company owns one of the largest portfolios of solar and wind power plants in the country, with a total capacity of over 636 MW. Elementum Energy contributes to Ukraine’s «green» recovery by developing new projects and implementing advanced technologies for a sustainable energy future.
Responsibilities:
- manage the documents flow of construction project, including invoices and acts from contractors
- take full responsibility for the contracts: conclusion and support of contractual obligations with contractors; first contract’s compliance check with the company’s requirements
- collect, vivificate and register incoming and outgoing documentation in the system
- control payments: bills for active and reactive electricity
- prepare reporting tables for the finance department
- prepare the meetings: align agenda with all participants, meeting reports, information consolidation, execution control by all members (not only from your Unit)
- collection of reporting documentation according to established forms and within established deadlines;
- develop the necessary documents for decommissioning of goods and materials
- cooperate with all departments within the Company
- prepare reports on individual managers requests.
Requirements:
- Experience 2+years with the similar tasks and responsibilities
- Technical background in energy field (education or experience) is a plus
- Strong drive, and the ability to take the initiative and make decisions
- Fluency in English is a must
