						Viso is an outsourcing company that has been on the market for 2 years. Our team has grown to about 50 people, and once again we are looking for new colleagues to join us.
Right now, we’re looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, and persistentLead Generation Manager to help us connect with potential clients and unlock new business opportunities.
? What you’ll do: 
- Searching for and communicating with potential clients on platforms such as Upwork and LinkedIn 
- Understanding the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and customizing offers individually for each client 
- Exploring various channels and opportunities to find and qualify leads 
- Focused on achieving results and closing deals, not just on fixed payment 
- Conducting effective text communication with clients before the first call 
- Managing deals through all stages, collecting all necessary materials 
- Being proactive and responding quickly — understanding that opportunities won’t wait 
- Quickly resolving problems and finding effective solutions 
- Committed to achieving goals — no excuses, only results 
- Meticulously recording all communications and decisions, ensuring 100% CRM completeness 
- Collaborating closely with the sales team and other stakeholders to ensure high-quality lead generation 
- Following processes and rules to maintain high work quality
Who we’re looking for: 
? Hard Skills: 
- Proven experience working with Upwork (mandatory), understanding the platform’s client search and selection algorithms 
- Ability to qualify leads effectively 
- Skills in writing personalized cover letters 
- Basic understanding of IT development processes 
- English proficiency at B1+ level for written communication
