As our Performance Media Buyer (focusing on Google Ads and Meta), you’ll own the end-to-end process of media buying: from strategy and setup through optimisation and scaling, to reporting. You’ll work closely with our growth team and with brand clients to turn insights into high-impact campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute media-buying strategies across Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube) and Meta (Facebook & Instagram) to achieve client KPIs (ROAS, CPA, CAC).
- Perform campaign set-up: audience segmentation, creatives briefs, tracking setup (UTMs, conversion pixels).
- Manage large budgets. Take responsibility for thousands of ad dollars daily. Allocate spend efficiently across Tier 1 GEOs and campaign types to achieve maximum performance.
- Monitor and interpret campaign metrics. Identify patterns in CTRs, CPCs, and conversion rates — and react quickly to optimise results and maximise ROI.
- Conduct A/B testing of ad creatives, copy, landing pages, audiences and funnel variations.
- Collaborate with the team to test and refine landing pages, pre-landers, and ad creatives. Identify high-performing combinations and scale them aggressively.
- Produce performance reports and present insights & recommendations to stakeholders.
- Stay ahead of platform updates, emerging channels and industry best-practices.
- Collaborate with creative, analytics and account-management teams to ensure alignment across strategy, execution and results.
What You Bring:
- 2+ years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads and Meta campaigns for D2C or e-commerce brands.
- Proven track record of driving scalable growth (strong ROAS/CPA outcomes).
- Deep understanding of paid-media mechanics, attribution, bid strategies, funnel dynamics and analytics.
- High comfort level with data: Excel/Sheets, Google Analytics, Google Ads UI, Meta Ads Manager. Bonus: experience with tools like Looker, BigQuery, Supermetrics.
- Ability to think strategically and execute tactically: you’re comfortable jumping into detailed optimisations while keeping an eye on big-picture goals.
- Excellent communication skills in English (verbal & written).
- Proactive mindset: you’re always testing, learning and iterating.
