Affiliate Manager — Join Our Remote Team! ?
We are on the lookout for a dynamic and results-driven Affiliate Manager who knows how to make things move fast and where to focus efforts for maximum impact. If you’re passionate about working with TikTok creators and driving sales, this role is for you! ?
As our Affiliate Manager, you’ll lead creator partnerships across multiple brands on TikTok Shop, identifying the right creators, bringing them on board, and turning their content into real sales. ?

Key Objective of the Role
Build and grow a community of TikTok affiliates (creators) who consistently drive sales, content, and brand profitability in the UK and US markets.
Main Responsibilities:
- Source, select, and onboard affiliates for TikTok Shop UK/US.
- Community development — create an engaging environment where creators feel motivated, excited, and eager to produce more content.
- Build long-term relationships with affiliates: ability to connect, maintain loyalty, and negotiate optimal terms (more videos, better rates, etc.).
- Drive processes — manage the full funnel from acquisition to results; see tasks through to completion.
- Monitor performance — track metrics (views, clicks, GMV, conversions), and analyze performance per creator.
- Develop promo mechanics and incentives: challenges, leaderboards, bonus programs, special campaigns to boost activity and engagement.
- Work with results — analyze what works, scale successful cases, and adjust weak areas.
- Communication and reporting — coordinate with analytics and marketing teams; report on outcomes.
Key Qualities We’re Looking For:
- Experience with TikTok Shop (affiliate) in the UK and/or US markets + understanding of local trends, buyer behavior, and creators.
- Experience building affiliate or influencer communities.
- Ability to inspire, engage, and motivate partners to create content not just for money but for the idea.
- Strong communication skills — ease in establishing contact, building trust, and creating rapport.
- Systematic, detail-oriented, and analytical approach.
- Internal drive and results-oriented mindset — not just a coordinator, but a growth driver.
- Business-minded thinking: GMV, ROI, performance, conversion, retention.
Key KPIs:
- Growth of GMV and brand profitability through TikTok Shop.
- Increase in the number of active creators and consistent content.
- Higher engagement and retention of affiliates.
Requirements:
- Confident English (B2+).
- Understanding of how the TikTok Shop affiliate ecosystem works.
- Experience building relationships with content creators and brands.
- Independence, creativity, and internal motivation.
Nice to Have:
- Experience in beauty, wellness, supplements, lifestyle brands.
- Experience in agencies or startups with growth focus (growth marketing, e-commerce).
- Experience using CRM / Notion / Sheets for affiliate tracking.
