From Ukraine to NYC: We built the largest acting school for non-actors in Eastern Ukraine—helping professionals unlock confidence, creativity, and authentic communication through theater-based techniques.

In Ukrainian, we were «TESTO» (тісто = dough)—shapeable, transformable, and full of potential. Now, in NYC, we’re evolving while keeping the philosophy that everyone is moldable.

Core belief: Everyone is born confident. Society adds masks—professional facades, «I'm fine» performances, fear-based personas.
Our approach: We don’t teach new masks. We create a safe space where play removes old ones.

The role: Rebrand established Ukrainian methodology for the American market. Position us effectively to two audiences (B2C individuals and B2B companies) with different needs but the same core message: authentic communication matters.
? Who Thrives Here
Strategic thinker with American market experience You’ve launched or rebranded projects for the US market (NYC experience is a plus). You understand how to position soft skills transformation for American professionals.
Data-driven storyteller You track CPL, conversion rates, and attribution. You’ve worked with events/workshops/education where social → bookings connection is clear. You show results, not just engagement metrics.
Self-starter with dual-audience experience You’ve worked solo or with minimal teams. You’ve managed both B2C and B2B messaging. You organize your own workflow, and the startup environment energizes you.
Cultural bridge You’ve adapted brands across markets. You understand why Ukrainian success needs American translation without losing authenticity.
Strong English is essential You’ll be the voice of our brand for the American market.
