About the Role
We are looking for a committed, hands-on Graphic Designer & Video/Photo Editor to join our team full-time. This is not a side project — we need someone ready to fully dedicate themselves, bring excellent results, and grow with us.
This role offers stable monthly income without the need to constantly chase freelance projects. You will be part of a creative process where your input truly matters, and your skills will directly shape the outcome.
Responsibilities
Design and produce engaging graphics, presentations, simple landing pages, layouts, and visual assets for digital campaigns, presentations, and social media.
Edit and enhance video content: cutting, color grading, adding transitions, text overlays, and sound synchronization.
Retouch and adjust photography to maintain a consistent, professional aesthetic.
Select and curate the strongest photos, demonstrating excellent judgment and storytelling vision.
Collaborate with the team to ensure content meets project goals, deadlines, and brand guidelines.
Stay up to date with design and editing trends to bring fresh ideas to the table.
Requirements
2+ years of experience in graphic design and/or video editing (portfolio required).
Proficiency with tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, Lightroom, Figma, Canva or similar.
Strong sense of visual composition, typography, and storytelling.
Excellent understanding of English (written and spoken). (A Ukrainian/Russian-speaking team member is available if clarifications are needed.)
Strong vision for photo selection and editing — ability to identify impactful images that align with project goals.
Reliable, organized, and able to commit to full-time work.
Ready to take initiative, work independently, and deliver excellent results.
What We Offer
31,000 UAH per month as a stable, guaranteed income.
Full-time, long-term role (6 months, with possibility of extension).
