Customer Support Specialist (Hybrid — Kyiv, Ukraine)
About the Company We are a fast-growing company that runs several websites in information services and e-learning. Our main market is the U.S., and we’re expanding into Europe and Asia. The company is 2 years old and has tripled in size this year.
About the Role We’re looking for a Customer Support Specialist to respond to customer emails and help improve how we support our users. You’ll work with our software and operations teams to make sure customers get answers and assistance.
Main Tasks
- Respond to inbound customer emails in English.
- Handle requests such as cancellations, refunds, and general questions about our products.
- Help customers with other issues (for example, problems with payments or accessing products).
- Create and update internal SOPs for how to respond to different types of emails.
- Work with engineers and managers to share feedback from customers and improve support tools and processes.
Requirements
- Fluent in Ukrainian and advanced English (most customer emails are in English).
- Excellent writing and communication skills.
- 1−2 years of work experience preferred (customer service, admin, or similar roles).

- Hybrid: 2 days in office (Kyiv), 3 days remote.
