Our client, a Western manufacturing company operational in the Lviv region, is ready to welcome a proactive, responsible candidate to fill the position of
HR generalist
The HR generalist will lead recruitment, hiring and onboarding of new employees, ensure a correct HR administration process, employees training and development, as well as support the corporate culture.
Key responsibilities:
- Provide quality recruitment/staffing placements, cooperate with external recruiters and job platforms.
- Screen applicants and interview potential candidates.
- Initiate onboarding of new employees and monitor progress.
- Identify skills/competency gaps, participate in development and introduction of employee training programs.
- Meet the Labor law requirements while hiring, promoting and dismissing employees.
- Keep personnel records and documents.
- Prepare payroll documents in Excel for outsourced employees.
- Create and submit HR reports.
- Support / enhance corporate values in the company.
- Conduct employee surveys and assessments.
- Resolve conflicts and promote an amiable working environment.
The ideal candidate will have:
- A university degree in HR or Psychology, Management or Law.
- Above 2 years of experience in the position of HR manager or HR generalist, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
- Spoken and written English at B2 level.
- Understanding of key HR processes and the Labor law.
- Interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
- Experience working with HRM systems.
- High level of empathy and communication.
- Self starter, responsible and attentive to details.
- Achiever.
Proposal:
- Hybrid mode of work, 8 hours / 5 days a week.
- Base salary 45 000 uah /net/ plus annual bonus.
- Training programs and corporate events.
- Location: Zhydachiv region
