Department: Operations / CRM / Analytics
About the role:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Back Office CRM and Data Analyst to support the Sales, Conversion, Retention, Affiliate Programs and Finance teams. This role acts as a central liaison between departments, ensuring CRM accuracy, data management, reporting and operational efficiency.
Main responsibilities:
1. Data analysis and reporting
Collect and process data from various sources to create detailed reports on purchases, sales, and performance.
Conduct price and comparative analysis to assess the purchase to sale ratio.
Develop and maintain financial and operational models for forecasting and performance analysis.
Preparing structured weekly and monthly reports for management.
2. CRM and data management
Manage CRM operations, including data accuracy, pipeline updates, and correct customer labeling by campaign, geo, and brand.
Track key metrics: FTD, repeat deposits, agent quotas, and retention rates.
Prevent duplication or incorrect data entry.
Ensure that FTD partner reports match CRM data before approving commission payments.
3. Departmental coordination and operational support
Be the central liaison between the sales, conversion, retention, partner, finance and PSP teams.
Ensure updated instructions, correct landing pages, and active PSP/payment systems for all teams.
Control traffic sources, geo-targeting, and distribution by boards to obtain FTD.
Manage the onboarding of new agents and gradually increase FTD quotas.
Collaborate with SMM specialists to coordinate promotions, reputation management, and content site integration.
Support the finance department in verifying and reconciling client funds and bonus payments.
Quickly resolve urgent data and reporting issues.
4. Compliance and access management
Configure access rights and update report templates according to company policies.
Ensure compliance with internal procedures and accurate execution of bonus structures and payouts.
Requirements:
Experience in iGaming, Fintech, CRM operations or Back Office analytics.
Deep understanding of sales cycles, retention and affiliate programs in the gaming/PSP industry.
Experience with PSP, payment monitoring and reconciliation.
Analytical thinking and ability to interpret large amounts of performance data.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/HLOOKUP, macros), Google Sheets; knowledge of SQL, Power BI or Tableau would be an advantage.
Familiarity with CRM systems, reporting tools, and operational processes.
High organizational and multitasking skills, attention to detail.
Required: Fluency in Ukrainian. English is also required.
Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Statistics or related field.
Salary:
$800−1,000 USD/month
