We are looking for an energetic and communicative Sales Manager to join our web design and development startup. Your mission will be to expand our client base across Europe, build lasting business relationships, and promote our custom website and web application services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Selling web design and web development services to clients across Europe.
- Conducting cold calls and actively searching for new business opportunities.
- Presenting the company’s portfolio, process, and value proposition to potential clients.
- Negotiating confidently in English.
- Maintaining and developing long-term relationships with existing clients.
- Achieving and exceeding sales goals and performance targets.

Requirements:
- High level of English proficiency (B2+, C1).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
- Previous experience in sales, especially in IT or digital services, is a plus.
- Proactive, responsible, and results-oriented mindset.
