About Yes!IQ Team
We are at the stage of forming our team, which creates a unique opportunity for new colleagues to influence culture and processes from the very beginning. At Yes!IQ, you are not a «cog in the machine» but a partner in developing the recruitment function. You will work closely with the company founder and experts already leading client projects in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. We are a small but ambitious team growing alongside our clients and creating space for professional development.
About Role
In this role, you are the key recruitment specialist for the DACH market. From analyzing client requests to developing sourcing strategies and supporting candidates through onboarding — you oversee the entire cycle. This is an opportunity to build processes from the ground up, implement modern practices, and directly influence the company’s growth quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment cycle from client briefing to candidate onboarding, including participation in process design and implementation.
- Create and publish engaging job ads on Xing, StepStone, Indeed.de, LinkedIn, Kununu, and other platforms.
- Source candidates via Boolean, X-Ray, LinkedIn Recruiter, Xing TalentManager, CV databases, and niche communities (Slack, GitHub, Telegram, etc.).
- Conduct interviews: screening, competency-based, and cultural fit.
- Support clients and candidates with regular updates, consulting, and ensuring successful hires.
- Maintain CRM/ATS (Airtable) and track analytics (time-to-fill, conversion rates, pipeline health, source-of-hire, etc.).

Requirements / Qualifications
Hard skills:
- 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience (ideally within the DACH region).
- Proven track record of filling positions of varying complexity.
- Strong sourcing skills (Boolean, LinkedIn Recruiter, Xing TalentManager, etc.).
- Strong interview and candidate assessment techniques.
- Experience filling roles of varying complexity, including IT/Digital.
- Knowledge of German labor market basics and job boards.
- Familiarity with ATS/CRM (Lever, Greenhouse, etc.), readiness to use Airtable.
- GDPR compliance and documentation discipline.
- Ability to maintain clear documentation and reporting.
- Fluency in German and English (written and spoken).

Soft skills: structured thinking, accountability, cross-cultural communication, sales and presentation skills, analytical mindset, and emotional intelligence.
