Job Description — Sales Engineer of Video Management System Software (VMS), (CCTV Sector), Ukraine
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage new potential customers in the CCTV/IT/security market.
- Present, demonstrate, and promote the CORTROL VMS software.
- Perform technical installation and configuration of the software in trial mode (free PoC).
- Provide first-level technical support during the test phase.
- Cooperate closely with CBC-Poland headquarters (sales and technical teams).
- Maintain contact records and track activities in the CRM system.
- Report regularly on progress and opportunities.

? Key Requirements:
- Strong understanding of CCTV systems and IT infrastructure (networking, Windows, servers, IP cameras).
- Ability to work independently without daily supervision.
- Hands-on technical experience (software installation, troubleshooting).
- Sales capabilities — able to communicate clearly and build customer relationships.
- Good communication skills in English (for cooperation with CBC-Poland).
- Self-discipline and responsibility for managing personal sales activities and goals.
- 2+ years experience in video monitoring is preferable.
- Potential candidates must live in Ukraine.
