Marketing Manager — LightAd DSP
About LightAd
LightAd is an AI-powered Demand Side Platform (DSP) designed to help advertisers achieve performance at scale across in-app, CTV, and web traffic. Using machine learning for predictive targeting, bid price optimization, dynamic creative optimization, and fraud detection, LightAd enables smarter programmatic buying and data-driven decision-making.
We’re looking for a Marketing Manager who will take full ownership of our marketing strategy and execution — from creative assets and campaigns to lead generation and brand positioning.
Role Overview
As the Marketing Manager, you’ll be responsible for building and executing a multi-channel marketing strategy that drives awareness, establishes LightAd’s thought leadership, and generates qualified B2B leads. You’ll manage our presence across LinkedIn, paid channels, industry platforms, and partnership marketing, ensuring all content and campaigns reflect LightAd’s innovative technology and brand voice.
This is a hands-on role that combines strategy, creativity, and execution. You’ll collaborate closely with the leadership, sales, and product teams to translate technical capabilities into compelling marketing stories.
Key Responsibilities
Content & Asset Management
- Plan, create, and manage all marketing assets — including case studies, one-pagers, decks, blog posts, newsletters, and ad creatives.
- Maintain consistent brand identity and tone across all communication materials.
- Work with designers and copywriters (internal or external) to produce engaging visual and written content.

Social Media & Brand Awareness
- Manage and grow LightAd’s LinkedIn presence, including company page updates, leadership posts, and engagement strategies.
- Develop and execute social media content calendars focused on thought leadership, industry insights, and product updates.
- Identify opportunities for PR coverage, guest posts, and media features in ad tech publications.

Paid Campaigns & Lead Generation
- Plan and execute paid media campaigns on platforms such as LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, B2B directories, and industry networks (e.g., AdExchanger, AppsFlyer Marketplace, etc.).
- Optimize campaigns for cost-efficiency and lead quality, tracking metrics such as CPL, CTR, and conversion rate.
- Manage retargeting and account-based marketing (ABM) initiatives to re-engage potential clients.

B2B Platform Management
- Maintain LightAd’s profiles on industry and partnership platforms — such as G2, Crunchbase, Clutch, or other relevant marketplaces — ensuring up-to-date information, visuals, and case studies.
- Identify opportunities for awards, listings, and partnerships to boost credibility and visibility.

Analytics & Reporting
- Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and channels, providing regular insights and optimization recommendations.
- Collaborate with the sales team to track marketing-attributed leads and conversions.
- Build and maintain a structured marketing dashboard with KPIs such as impressions, engagement rate, lead volume, and ROI.

Collaboration & Strategy
- Work closely with leadership to shape LightAd’s marketing roadmap, messaging, and positioning.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop collateral and nurture campaigns tailored to specific verticals (e.g., gaming, fintech, entertainment).
- Support event participation (virtual or in-person) through booth materials, speaker coordination, and post-event follow-ups.

Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably within ad tech, martech, or SaaS industries.
- Proven experience managing LinkedIn content and paid campaigns for lead generation.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, analytics, and performance metrics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a knack for storytelling.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with a detail-oriented mindset.
- Familiarity with tools such as HubSpot, Google Analytics, Canva/Figma, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager is a plus.
- Knowledge of programmatic advertising or DSP ecosystems is a strong advantage.
