Main responsibilities:
- Assist with the onboarding of new clients to OPI platforms (such as BL and similar).
- Process and manage report data.
- Work in the Tempo production tool to support project administration.
- Coordinate closely with customers and internal teams.
- Identify and implement process improvements.
- Organize, oversee, and monitor workflows and project timelines.
- Track key Service Delivery KPIs, including deadlines, productivity and customer complaints.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Main requirements:
- German level B2 and above.
- English level B1+/B2 and above.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage workload efficiently, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, highly organized, and capable of working under tight deadlines while staying calm under pressure.
- Experience in managing customer relationships, including handling complaints will be a plus.
