Currently, we are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic HR Lead to join our dynamic team at BAKOTECH. Join us now and let’s navigate towards success together! Required Experience:
- At least 5 years of professional experience (in HR roles).
- Experience working in the international companies.
- Practical experience in creating and implementing HR projects and managing team.
- Experience in developing long-term and short-term HR projects.
- English, at least at the upper- intermediate level.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the HR function, ensuring effective support for managers and employees, and driving engagement and retention initiatives;
- Design, implement, and manage HR processes, including performance management, talent management frameworks, succession planning, and leadership programs;
- Oversee HRMS optimization;
- Create and maintain HR analytics, dashboards, and reports to support data-driven decision-making;
- Lead and mentor the HR team (5 professionals), providing guidance, coaching, and professional development opportunities;
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth HR service delivery;
- Build a culture of openness, accountability, and continuous improvement within the HR team and across the company.
