KeyPerson is an international recruiting and HR consulting company headquartered in Estonia. The company specializes in executive search and HR consulting for clients in technology, finance, energy, development, marketing, and other industries. The Sales Manager drives business development and client acquisition across Ukraine, the EU, the UK, and the US, strengthening KeyPerson’s international presence and supporting sustainable company growth.
The role combines strategic thinking with a hands-on approach: from lead generation and client communication to closing partnership agreements.
The position requires precision, high work tempo, and the ability to deliver measurable results in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Generate and qualify B2B leads across Ukraine, the EU, the UK, and the US markets.
- Conduct outreach through LinkedIn, email, and partner channels.
- Present KeyPerson’s recruiting and consulting services to decision-makers.
- Manage the entire sales cycle — from initial contact to contract signing.
- Maintain accurate data and reporting in the CRM system (Odoo).
- Coordinate communication between sales, recruiting, and finance teams.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of sales processes and client experience.
Must Have
- Proven experience in B2B sales within services, consulting, or recruiting sectors.
- Strong understanding of sales processes and performance metrics.
- Proficiency with CRM systems (Odoo, HubSpot, or equivalents).
- Confident use of LinkedIn Sales Navigator and email outreach tools.
- Solid communication and negotiation skills with executive-level clients.
- English — Upper-Intermediate or higher (spoken and written).
- Ukrainian — fluent.
- High level of responsibility, accuracy, and self-management.
- Consistent delivery of measurable results under minimal supervision.
Nice to have
- Experience in international B2B markets (EU, UK, US).
- Background in HR, recruiting, or executive search.
- Familiarity with Odoo CRM, HubSpot, or automation tools.
- Understanding of HR-tech solutions and digital business models.
- Experience working in distributed or remote teams.
- Proven ability to build long-term client partnerships.
